This lesson will take you through the key features of the Accounts page.
Select the Accounts tab in the menu bar.
The Accounts page has two sections: Accounts and Currency.
You can view a list of your accounts in the Accounts section. The account name, account location, yesterday’s closing balance, balance, and overdraft are displayed.
The Currency section shows a breakdown of the total number of accounts by currency. It displays the currency, number of accounts per currency, yesterday’s closing balance, and today’s latest balance.
You can filter accounts by currency, group and type.
You can view and run reports by selecting the ‘Report’ button.
To view transactions on your account, click on the eye icon
You can view your Credit Card accounts by selecting 'credit cards' from the dropdown menu.
You can select ‘Personalise Acc’s’ to nickname your accounts, add to or edit existing groups, create new groups and mark or unmark accounts as favourites.
To nickname accounts, click on the pencil icon.
Type in the name you want to change your account to in the text field e.g. Wages, and click on the ‘SAVE’ button
Select ‘Account Groups’ to add a group, edit an existing group, change a group name, create accounts or remove accounts from a group, or delete the account group.
Select ‘Favourite Accounts’ and click or unclick the star to mark or unmark as favourite. Click ‘SAVE’. You can mark up to 5 accounts as favourite and they will appear at the top of your accounts list on the Dashboard.

Below you can see a completed action. Press the next button to move to the next activity.
An error message will appear if the action is not completed correctly. You can retry the activity or access a pdf lesson guide.
Denotes a favourited account
Accesses the Personalise Accounts pop-up where the user can nickname accounts
Brings the user to a detailed screen
Denotes there is further information to be displayed
Hides information being displayed
Opens the Training Portal menu system.Note* This icon only appears in the training portal
