This lesson will take you through the Balance and Transactions page.
You can access the Balance and Transactions page by clicking on the Accounts tab in the menu bar.
You can view a list of your accounts in the Accounts section.
To view transactions on your account, click on the eye icon.
You can view the account balance and transactions, account location, IBAN and BIC on the Balance & Transactions page.
You can filter transactions by date or by type. You can also filter transactions by date through the calendar function.
You can reset your Filters by clicking the 'Reset Filters' button
You can click on the highlighted ‘Advanced Search’ button to search for specific cheques by cheque amount or cheque number.
Click on the ‘+’ symbol to display transaction details for SEPA payments.
To view transactions on a different account, click on the account you wish to view on the left hand side of the screen.

Below you can see a completed action. Press the next button to move to the next activity.
An error message will appear if the action is not completed correctly. You can retry the activity or access a pdf lesson guide.
Denotes a favourited account
Accesses the Personalise Accounts pop-up where the user can nickname accounts
Brings the user to a detailed screen
Denotes there is further information to be displayed
Hides information being displayed
