This lesson will give you an overview of the Dashboard. The Dashboard is where you can view a summary of your accounts, payments and messages. You can perform the majority of your tasks directly from the Dashboard
The Dashboard is the key feature of the homepage. There are four main sections: Accounts, Payments, Messages and Quick Actions.
The Accounts section has two tabs: 'All' and 'Credit Cards'.
To view your accounts and account balances, click on the 'All' tab. The overall balance shown is the total balance of Euro currency accounts only and excludes any foreign currency accounts.
You can filter accounts by type and group.
You can personalise accounts by clicking on the ‘Personalise Acc’s’ button.
To view transactions on any account, click on the eye icon next to the account balance.
If you have credit cards registered on Business On Line, the 'Credit Cards' tab will display the information for each credit card.
The Payments section has two tabs: 'My Payments' and 'Quickpay'. The information displayed is dependent on your level of access.
You can view and authorise your payments for the last seven days in the 'My Payments' tab.
All payments (prior to 7 days) can be accessed by selecting the 'Payments Centre' option in the Payments drop down menu.
You can authorise a payment by selecting the orange 'Authorise' button.
You can make a SEPA or Domestic Payment between company accounts or to a known payee using the Quickpay tab. Select the account you wish to pay from/to, the amount and the date. You can authorise the payment or save it to be authorised at a later date.
You can view your Messages on the left hand side of the Dashboard. Urgent messages are displayed at the top of the list.
You can go to Quick Actions to View All Accounts, Make a Payment, Manage Payees, and Personalise Accounts.
