This lesson will give you on overview of the ‘Payments Centre’ page.
Select the 'Payments Centre' option in the Payments drop down menu.
There are two tabs: ‘Payment Centre’ and ‘Import Bulk Search’.
Under the 'Payments Centre' tab, you can view the from account, payee name, pay by date, reference number, payment amount and status for each payment. Payments pending authorisation are displayed by default.
You can filter payments by date, type, currency and status and search using the Apply Filter button.
You can reset the search filters or advance search with additional information
You can download your payment record or transaction history by clicking on the 'REPORTS' button.
You can authorise a payment pending authorisation by ticking the box next to the from account and clicking 'AUTHORISE SELECTED' at the bottom of the page.
You can cancel a payment pending authorisation or a future dated SEPA, Domestic and XBP payments prior to its value date. Tick the box next to the the from account and click 'CANCEL PAYMENT' at the bottom of the page.
You can view further payee details by clicking on the eye icon.
You can view recently imported files in the ‘Import Bulk Search’ tab. You cannot edit or authorise a Bulk Import file in this tab.
You can filter bulk imports by date, status, type, and file ID.
You can view the file summary details by clicking on the eye icon. The file ref, file ID, processing date, value date, and time imported will be displayed.

Accesses the Personalise Accounts pop-up where the user can nickname accounts
Brings the user to a detailed screen
Denotes there is further information to be displayed
Hides information being displayed
